How did you get into healthcare?

It wasn't so much healthcare, but a love for the elderly. I have always wanted to listen to and learn from those who have stories to tell and lessons to teach. From there, I realized these very people needed people to take care of them the way they have taken care of us.

Why do you love what you do?

Knowing that what I do gives our residents and their families confidence and peace of mind when they leave their family member in our care
